Sea Stone Sky (previously Northern Meadow Therapy) is based in County Donegal, Ireland and provides services within Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Sea Stone Sky offers psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bereavement, and relationship difficulties. In addition to traditional talking therapy we offer a number of integrative therapies including walk and talk sessions, ecotherapy/nature based practices, equine facilitated psychotherapy, transpersonal and depth psychology, .

Sea Stone Sky also provides psychological consultation and assessment. We also offer clinical supervision, reflective practice groups and continuing professional development to therapists and counsellors. Organisational staff training and support, on an individual or group basis, and staff wellbeing workshops are also provided.

Sea Stone Sky also offers a variety personal development, wellbeing and therapeutic workshops and retreats and works in partnership with a number of other practitioners, and organisations to deliver these.
